At U N F I L T E R E D ORGANICS, our unexpected journey began from a place of love and concern for our own children. As parents of 6 kids, both teachers, we were facing struggles and witnessing struggles that many families encounter—children with difficulty sleeping, anxiety, sensitive skin, challenges with focus in school, and overall health concerns. We found that the over-the-counter solutions we were using were often causing more harm than good, leaving us feeling frustrated and helpless.
In our search for answers, we were reminded of a fundamental truth: the Earth was designed with perfect intention. Every plant, herb, and natural remedy was created to support our mental, spiritual, and physical well-being. We believe in the wisdom of nature and in the power of the remedies passed down through generations. These time-tested solutions have been forgotten in the rush of modern medicine, but they are not lost—just waiting to be rediscovered.

HOW IT STARTED
One of our daughters has had trouble sleeping since she was a toddler. She consistently has night terrrors, sleep walks, sleep talks, and woke up frequently through the night. My husband was sleeping on the couch every night because he knew she would be getting up several times through out the night, walk around, have full conversations, etc. This was taking a toll on him. Melatonin was one of the only options of getting her to fall asleep faster and in the end, it didn’t help as much as we expected it to. After learning about side affects of melatonin, we realized we were doing more harm than good for her. i knew there had to be a better option, something natural. after days of researching recipes, natural remedies others have used, reading articles, testimonies, and pinterest posts, we ended up diving deeper into this project than we expected. our eyes were truly opened to a whole life of better living for our whole family. it took a long time to find the perfect ingredients and measurements to give us the recipe we were hoping for. she took a gummy the first night and slept through the night for the first time in years. since then, we have perfected the recipe just how we want it and it has helped bring peace of mind and restful nights to families all over. from there, we knew we could make a difference and bring awareness to families about natural, organic alternatives that were affordable and accessible for everyone.

Choosing the right name for our company was a journey in itself. After weeks of brainstorming and soul-searching, we arrived at the name "U N F I L T E R E D," and it perfectly captures the essence of who we are and what we stand for.
